CACI is currently looking for Maximo Developer with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.

You should have worked with or have a strong interest in agile software development practices and delivering deployable software in short sprints. 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Provide complex solutions and support an Enterprise Maximo environment.
  • Responsible for the development, enhancement, deployment and support of Maximo 7.6.
  • Be a part of a vast team implementing Aviation solutions in Maximo. Should coordinate with SMEs, users, stake holders and troubleshoot Maximo issues with Aviation and come up with solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and provide best practice solutions for Maximo Asset Management.
  • Work with technical lead and subject matter experts to ensure project timelines Guide Maximo technical team towards correct solution.
  • Ensure process compliance on Maximo development processes.
  • Responsible for Maximo installations, configurations, upgrade.

You have:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include but are not limited to:
    • 3 year check for felony convictions
    • 1 year check for illegal drug use
    • 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.  Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Senior Maximo Developer with at least 1 year of experience with Maximo for Aviation (MFA).

Qualifications that are nice to have:

-Experienced in providing complex solutions using Maximo Application Designer.
-Experienced in Data loading using MIF.
-Experienced in developing complex workflows in Maximo using Workflow Designer
-Experienced in customizing Maximo Business Objects(MBOs) and Maximo using Java, JavaScript, and other Automation Scripts
-Experienced in migration using Migration Manager
-Experienced in Oracle Database. Writing complex sql scripts
-Experienced in WebSphere/WebLogic Administration
-Experienced in Maximo upgrades, patches, SSO
-SME in different modules in Maximo such as security groups, users, start centers, Inventory, Assets, Locations, Tools, storerooms, Escalation, Domains, Work order Tracking, Purchase Orders, Receiving, PM, KPIs etc.
-Excellent leadership qualities and communication skills

Good to have:
-Maximo for Aviation experience
-BIRT Report Development experience
-PL/SQL experience
