CACI is seeking a cleared Electrical Engineer to provide electrical engineering support to the program management team on a fast-paced, US Army Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) program at Hanover, MD.
The Electrical Engineer should be comfortable working with a diverse set of contractors and customer personnel using strong interpersonal skills to contribute to the assessment, integration, testing and fielding of wide raging technologies and advanced concepts. Track, manage, and resolve technical issues.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Applies interdisciplinary engineering skills in the technical planning, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for complex solutions or products.
Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance.
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, and detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
Recommends design approaches to meet requirements for new or improved products or processes.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
Demonstrated ability to develop and present effective technical presentations to management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain wireless communication products and technologies by applying RF and mixed signal capabilities.
Experience conducting rapid trade studies and analysis of RF electrical solutions.
Proficient in MATLAB.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective customer relationships.
