CACI is seeking fully cleared, dynamic technical professionals to join our TETRA program in the Northern, Virginia area.  TETRA is an Enterprise IT Program that supports and protects the IC mission.  The program is a portfolio of hundreds of projects funded by numerous customers providing Engineering and Sustainment services for a Global Information Technology Enterprise.  As a team, we architect, develop, engineer, maintain, and provide continuous sustainment of enterprise-level communications in support of the customer’s mission worldwide.  We also provide secure, reliable, and cost effective enterprise class data center hosting services, in which we develop, integrate, and maintain.  Be a part of something greater than yourself and make a lasting impact at CACI.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Microsoft Azure and/or an AWS Cloud Engineer who will utilize cloud services to build, test, manage, and deploy applications on a global network.

  Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Configuring and managing Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)

  • Creating a strategy for establishing a secure and well-managed enterprise environment in Azure and/or AWS

  • Developing scripts to automate the deployment of resource stacks and associated configurations

  • Establishing and implementing monitoring and management infrastructure for availability and performance management

  • Integrating Azure and/or AWS management tooling with MPLS, including automation of spin-up and spin-down, and billing approvals

  • Establishing internal pricing and instance selection model for Azure and/or AWS virtual machines

  • Designing and implementing data protection options, including high availability and Business Continuity protection in Azure and/or AWS

  • Extending MPLS standard systems management processes into the cloud, including change, incident, and problem management

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and supporting Azure and/or AWS environments, including IaaS and PaaS

  • Hands-on experience utilizing the Azure and/or AWS administration portal

  • Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise workloads to Azure, including Microsoft365

  • Knowledgeable in Azure and/or AWS services, technologies, offerings, and billing platform

  • Experience with at least one other cloud hosting solution (e.g., Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or HPE Helion)

  • Expertise in Azure Active Directory and policy definitions for Identity, Authentication, and Authorization

  • Experience with cloud migrations utilizing ASR or other tools

  • Knowledge of on-prem Active Directory

  • Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages

  • Hands-on experience with one or more configuration management systems, such as Ansible, Chef, or GitHub

  • Technical aptitude to develop an understanding of an Azure and/or AWS platform and architecture

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education & Experience Required:

  • Candidate must have one of the following:

  • 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 10 Years of job related experience and Associates degree

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 4 Years of job related experience

These Skills Would Be Nice To Have:

  •   Experience with Business Continuity or Disaster

Desired Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
