Job Description

The candidate will provide the functional and technical support for Keystone Decision Support System (KDSS) and Command Management System (CMS). KDSS is a web-based data warehouse that provides visibility into Air Force Working Capital Fund (AFWCF) sales, revenue, expenses, inventory, trial balance, and budget information.  CMS supports an AFMC balanced strategic plan and identifies funding, manpower, and flying hours. Supports accurate POM requirements and submissions. KDSS uses SAP Business Objects, IBM Planning Analytics COTs applications and the backend database is Oracle 12c database.  CMS is web application built using PL/SQL code residing in the Oracle database. This is a part time position - up to 20 hours per week.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Develop test scenarios to perform thorough Testing and validation of KDSS and CMS application enhancements.
  • Perform smoke, functional, integration and regression testing
  • Perform database testing using SQL queries
  • Analyze and troubleshoot KDSS/CMS Helpdesk tickets
  • Support the technical team with PL/SQL code and Business Object report/dashboard development.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BS in computer science or related field.
  • 7-10 years of functional requirement gathering and application testing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office products skillset – particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong PL/SQL skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • KDSS, BDT or CMS experience.
  • End user training and/or training material development background.
  • SAP Business Objects and/or IBM Cognos TM1 experience.
  • Three years of commercial accounting or Government Working Capital Fund experience.
