CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join it’s large, prime program in support of the Intelligence Community. This program provides opportunities to support highly visible, widely used systems that “make a difference” in this mission critical effort. You will work with exceptionally talented professionals in a collaborative team environment to develop and maintain tools that are core infrastructure components!
What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Systems Engineer, you will support the Processing and Analytical Capabilities group in the following areas:
Decomposition of program statements into measurable functional requirements for the multi-year program.
Support to the FY+1 year planning of capability deliverables, ensuring dependencies between Data Services and the other ICITE programs (Gov Cloud, ICAM, C2S, etc.) are captured.
Heavy support for Risk Management activities, to include Risk identification, documentation, and evaluation/analysis.
Support to briefing development for ODNI level briefings, such as:
Data Services support to ODNI mission
Data Services relation with Gov Cloud
Overview of Data Services (regardless of which Agency is the Service Provider for which capability) and ability to teach via producing technical guides and direct customer interfacing.
Support to the creation of quarterly program review materials for ODNI.
Support to technical working groups run by the Integration Lead for each service provider.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI Poly clearance
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 5 years Systems Engineering experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
Recent Project Management experience, including scheduling.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Microsoft Project and PowerPoint experience
Test & Evaluation Master Plan experience
Executive/Senior-level communications and support experience/comfort
