CACI is seeking a cleared Software Developer located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (APG). You will be a part of the team responsible for providing software life cycle process and technology improvements for tactical communication systems. What You’ll Get to Do:
Interact with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design.
Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements.
Ability to develop software applications to support GOTs, COTs, Automation and scripting, VM, and hardware.
Develop software tools and interfaces.
Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.
Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
More About the Role:
This project supports the Communication Electronics Command (CECOM), Software Engineering Center (SEC) Command Control, and Communications-Tactical (C3T) Directorate. Knowledge of development concepts, practices and procedures including but not limited to Object Orientated Analysis (OOA), Object Orientated Design (OOD), and Design Patterns. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with departmental team members in addition to external departmental customers and vendors.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An Active Secret Clearance
A minimum of three (3) years experience as a Software Developer or performing Software Developer related activities within the last 5 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Engineering. An additional 2 years of experience can replace a degree.
Operating Systems Experience in Windows (7, 10) Windows Server and Linux/Unix
VMware/ESXI 5.5 and above
Front End Experience with HTML5 CCS
Experience with MS SQL, Node JS
