CACI International has an excellent opportunity for an established Senior Business Development Executive/Program Manager for our growing National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) sector. This business leader will help identify emerging requirements and opportunities to develop and grow technology-based solutions within the Intelligence Community (IC), in particular Science and Technology directorates.
What You’ll Get to Do:
This position is responsible for leading business development activities in support of winning technology-based solutions in the Intelligence Community. The Senior BDE/Program Manager will be responsible for winning new business contracts with a value ranging from $25-75M for small to midsize deals to $100M+ for large deals and helping to identify on-contract growth opportunities. The Senior BDE/PM will work closely with the Program Office , Client Executive, operations and engineering personnel within CACI National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) Sector to identify, qualify, deconflict and assist capture in winning competitive and noncompetitive opportunities. The Senior BDE/PM will operate within the overall business development processes, philosophy and policies for CACI.
Business Development Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying and qualifying technology-based (and related) opportunities within the IC space, in particular the Science and Technology directorates.
Attends a variety of conferences and other external meetings to explore business development opportunities.
Maintains appropriate records and documentation; tracks, monitors, and reports data to support business development. Proficient at pipeline and contract management tools.
Develops and maintains a "value added" working relationship with CACI line organizations including Sector and Operations Group executives, Capture Managers, and Proposal Managers; conducts competitive assessments on specific opportunities; makes recommendations on teaming partners and draft teaming agreements appropriate for specific opportunities; stays abreast of CACI technical offerings, successes, and breakthroughs.
Meets and/or exceeds performance goals in support of overall corporate growth and success while maintaining and implementing a professional approach to include full awareness and compliance of applicable Federal Procurement and Business Ethics Codes and Regulations.
Program Management Responsibilities:
Serves as an extension of the LGS Labs Program Office; helps to expand customer awareness of NSIS products and services
Expected in this role, is to assist the NSIS LGS Labs Program Management and Business Development teams in developing a strategy for market expansion within IC agencies and departments, and to support CACI's long term business strategy.
Works with line organization management to identify business development opportunities to include dissemination of ready white papers, IR&D and other Innovation advancements.
Interfaces between Business Development and internal and external stakeholders (client executives, line and engineering staff, other company Sectors / OGs, Corporate functional organizations).
Develops strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the Program Management group, consistent with the goals of the organization, and/or establish and executes policies, programs, and procedures to support delivery of products, services, or solutions.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of related experience as a Business Development or Program Manager with a Federal Contractor within Intel markets.
Domain experience with the IC, specifically S&T business lines
Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and assisting capture and proposal efforts in support of winning large, technology-based solutions contracts within the Federal Government with emphasis on classified DoD and IC agencies.
Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) government clearance.
