Compile documents by requests for auditors or cases
Respond to emails and performing customer service functions
Troubleshoot and correct system errors relating to reimbursable documents
Additional tasks may include supervision of contractor staff, arranging routine and emergency service and maintenance of office equipment, tracking progress of activities and reporting status, performing quality control and ensuring timely delivery of all specified deliverables, arranging routine and emergency service and maintenance of office equipment, overseeing the organization and maintenance of correspondence files, and other related duties as assigned.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain a DOJ MBI clearance
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including PCs, printers, photocopiers, scanners, telephone systems, fax machines, numbering and binding equipment, etc.
Must be able to write and print clearly.
Must have typing/keyboarding skills and good communication skills.
Attention to detail
Must take the initiative to ask questions when necessary to complete task correctly (e.g. where instructions are not explicit or appear to be contrary to the task objective).
Ability to work well in a team environment and ability to work independently.
Ability to read and follow instructions very important.
Must be able to prioritize and manage work for a number of people.
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency with Excel and ability to work with numbers and sums.
Understanding of financial, accounting, and/or banking principles
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Customer service skills
Ability to interact with vendors in a professional manner.
Professional attitude and reliable.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with UFMS (DOJ's Unified Financial Management System)
A professional, can-do attitude is important, as well as timely and accurate work.
Experience in Accounting and Accounts Payable/Receivable is desired.
Good organizational skills.
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
