Job Description

CACI is looking for an experienced TS/SCI cleared Program manager located in Reston, VA, in support to a large program supporting locations Worldwide.

The PM provides leadership, management and oversight for the program workforce to deliver exceptional services across the MPE consolidated enterprise, as well as their associated staff elements and organizations to accomplish the following:

  • Implementation of new task orders to accomplish the mission

  • Lead and manage the consolidation of several disparate large projects including, but not limited to, BICES-X, MPE-S, MPE CCMD, APAN, CENTRIXS

  • Continuous improvement and innovation to drive efficiencies and effectiveness

  • Represent CACI and the MPE Consolidation program at the MPCO and SAF/AA level

The candidate will serve as a senior CACI representative and be the direct interface to the customer, responsible for establishing a strong working relationship and managing service delivery performance through service level agreements and other key performance metrics.  Responsible for the program budget, performance and delivery of exceptional customer services and user experience.

More About the Role

  • Experience in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects/operations of a nature similar in size and scope, to include globally dispersed geographic locations

  • Knowledge and experience in infrastructure design and engineering;

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging network and infrastructure technologies

  • Knowledge and experience in securing critical infrastructures;

  • Knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining critical infrastructures

  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials. PMP Certified or equivalent

You’ll Bring These Qualification:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Department of Defense.

  • At least five years’ experience as a Program Manager managing an IT enterprise with a value over $100M per year or $500M in total contract value over the PoP.

  • Experience with the management and supervision of a significant number of staff (500+ FTE) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting at least one combatant command mission

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or comparable discipline

  • Security clearance of TS/SCI eligibility

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • At least five years’ experience as a Program Manager managing an IT enterprise with a value over $200M per year or $1B in total contract value over the PoP.

  • A minimum of six years of experience managing complex programs and leading geographically dispersed operations and engineering staff of varying skill levels.

  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.

  • ITIL Certified (current) or equivalent.

  • Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

  • DAWIA level III certification or equivalent
