More About the Role:
Partner with our senior leader D&I Working Group to set and execute strategy
Serve as a thought leader and partner to D&I Working Group and senior leaders
Launch and manage Employee Resource Groups to support our strategy
Facilitate and support execution of internal events, workshops, and programs focused on inclusion/sense of belonging in our company
Partner with Talent Development team to deliver impactful in-person and online D&I content and training
Partner with HR and other leaders to build and refine programs and processes with a diversity and inclusion lens
Partner with HR Operations to identify and analyze data that informs our efforts
Utilize strong market expertise and internal people data to identify trends and influence customized sourcing strategies
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build and sustain strategic partnerships with colleges/universities and collaborate closely to develop and successfully execute diversity outreach events
Help build company norms to cultivate inclusivity
Partner with Corporate Communications on reputation management
Influence decision-making related to people practices and HR priorities through compelling data, analysis and recommendations
Develop and analyze metrics for measuring progress and effectiveness of diversity and inclusion strategies
Assess the full employee lifecycle to identify opportunities for managing bias and ensuring a lens of inclusion is applied to all aspects of company operations
Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a D&I subject matter expert/thought leader by giving perspective, insights, and knowledge in a consultative manner to stakeholders across the business including: c-suite, executives, managers, individual contributors, etc.
Develop toolkits, learning offerings and coaching for leaders to build and retain diverse and inclusive teams
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with internal partners to create, maintain, and disseminate resources in a variety of formats across all levels of the organization
Partner with the Communications team to build and execute ongoing communication plans to engage stakeholders effectively
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
College degree (in business or social science preferred)
Masters degree in business or organizational behavior/change preferred
(Ten plus) years organizational experience with at least five to ten years of experience focused on diversity and inclusion programs (to include diversity staffing, managing external partnerships, launching and managing ERGs, training and mentoring groups)
Practical experience in program management
Experience in successfully leading organizational change
Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
Skilled at translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact
Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies, including strong emotional intelligence and the ability to engage and build relationships
