CACI is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to support the PM Mission Command Cyber team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
What You’ll Get to Do:
Develop the T&E strategy and TEMP to determine the necessary levels of certification/accreditation required for fielding
Developing/executing the overall T&E strategies and schedules.
Plans, coordinates within the product offices as well as external test organizations (ATEC, DOT&E) on test execution
Coordinates with Vendor Agile Software Testing/Test Cases through Integration testing in the PEO C3T Tactical Systems Integration Facility (TSIF)
Coordinates all system and testing requirements across the products within PdL MC Cyber
Coordinate test personnel and resources for test execution
Execute day to day testing
Provides documentation of any technical support actions taken on test floor while testing is underway (observation reports)
More About the Role:
You will utilize your knowledge of the DAU Test & Evaluation (T&E) process to determine the T&E strategy and develop the Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) in support of certification/accreditation across products from Product Lead MC Cyber (PdL MC Cyber)
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An Active Secret Clearance
BS in Computer or Electrical Engineering, BS in Computer Science, BS in Information Technology, BS Systems Engineering or similar. An Associates Degree and 4 years experience or No Degree and 6 years experience may be substituted.
General technical knowledge of use of ALL MC systems (CPCE, TDI, Cyber SU, MCE, DDS, C2I, Enterprise Services, Chat, AFATDS, JBC-P, JCR)
General technical knowledge of Tactical Networks Systems, DCGS-A, and EWPNT
Knowledge of DAU Test & Evaluation processes, specifically Army Regulation 73-1: Test and Evaluation Policy)
Extensive knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and design as it relates to the test design
Ability to do expert level troubleshooting
Ability to translate system requirements into test cases
Ability to analyze level 1-3 data
Ability to develop data reduction methodology techniques
Ability to develop automated tools to analyze and review data
Knowledge of US Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) Tool Suite used to monitor and test systems
Ability to take written Software Installation Guides/Documentation and successfully setup, install, configure, manage and maintain the configured systems within a distributed network environment
Ability to integrate and test MC systems
Familiarity with Agile Software Development and testing
Experience in the development of test plans, test procedures and test reports
Experience in the use, modification, and update of software test tools
Experience in the development of software releases and elements of quality assurance and configuration management as they apply to C4I system test and evaluation
Experience with planning operational scenarios
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Strong understanding of networking and security concepts
Excellent organizational skills and customer service expertise
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience with US Army system of systems preferred. - Skills with automated test tools is a major plus.
