What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector, has an opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large, prime program in support of the Intelligence Community. All staff on this highly visible, mission critical program are fully cleared.
More About the Role:
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
You will serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor’s senior management.
You will directly contribute to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
Additionally, you will ensure proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
You will utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
You will support Corporate data calls, Capture and Business Development proposals, and other future efforts as needed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Fifteen (15) years in experience in managing program and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal government, of which at least ten (10) years must be within the Intelligence Community.
Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required.
Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the FAR and DFAR, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Must have at least one year of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms (for example Earned Value Management).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Strong relationships with key customer personnel, and knowledge of the mission/acquisition's elements in Y6, B54, & B37
MS (Highly desired) or BS in a Technical Degree such as Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years managing mission programs at MPO over $100M, with multiple TTO’s and Subcontractors
Knowledge of ITAR requirements
Successful track record of contract growth
Successful track record of supporting proposal / capturing MPO programs
