Responsible for the general financial accounting activities of the organization. Duties include accounts receivable and general ledger adjustments. This department also includes payroll, cost analysis, SOX compliance and controls, accounting FASB and GAAP interpretations, and internal and public reporting.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Manages the Accounts Receivables portfolio as assigned by the AR Manager.
Prepares and distributes updates and monthly reports to personnel and external contacts.
Processes refund requests.
Processes re-classes, adjustments and reconciliations.
Is a liaison to other internal personnel.
Submits invoices as needed.
Works special projects as assigned by AR Manager.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Strong accounting background managing A/R.
Familiarity with accounting principles including journal entries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Must pass a credit check and background check.
