Job Description

  • 10  years of applicable mission experience including any of the following: OCONUS, urban, and semi- autonomous usage scenarios, and TTP development
  • Education may be substituted for experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science & 4 years of applicable software systems engineering
    • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science & 3 years of applicable software systems engineering,
    • Ph.D in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science & 2 years of applicable software systems engineering
  • 1 years’ experience working in a minimum of two of the following: High Frequency, Very High Frequency Ultra High Frequency Cellular Protocols, Wi-Fi, Angle of Arrival Time Difference of Arrival and Frequency Difference of Arrival  

We are looking for Senior Wireless Operations Engineers responsible for providing operational domain guidance, usage and mission Tactics Techniques and Procedures across diverse scenarios in the U.S. as a member of CACI’s National Security and Innovative Solutions, Advanced Solutions Group.   In this group you will become a part of a select set of men and woman dedicated to developing powerful technology differentiated products and services for the purpose of providing unparallel support to our Nation’s most critical missions.

The Opportunity:

We look for engineers that are passionate about the work they do for mission solutions while keeping a high bar for quality deliverables.   As a Wireless Operations Engineer you will use your operational support experiences on SIGINT/EW systems in fully tethered, disconnected and ad-hoc environments for survey, collection, and targeting.

  • Assess and prosecutes exploitation against protocols such as Digital Mobile Radio, Cellular, Packet, VSAT, Push-to-Talk, and hybrid streams such as those used by Drones
  • Expertise against 802.1x, CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE (4th and next gen 5th), Wide- Bands (Bluetooth, ZigBee, etc.), VoIP, VoLTE, embedded systems
  • Military Operations and/or Exercise (Unified Command, Clandestine, and Partner- Alliances)
  • Expertise with SIGINT GOTS and COTS tools such as SEDB, DataXplorer, XKeyscore, DRT, ECI-controlled systems, HOTR, Rover, WSTL, SPRINGCLOUD, COSMICSTRIKE, SHOCKWAVE, Geo-Systems, RF, antenna selection, visualization priorities
