What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Junior Acquisition Analyst, supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC. You will provide Acquisition support for ACAT and non-ACAT programs of record, developing acquisition related documentation.
More About the Role:
Provide project task management support and other miscellaneous administrative support.
Assist with all aspects of Navy pre– and post–award contracting procedures and policies.
Assist with the development, review, tracking, and facilitation of acquisition documentation and plans, including Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategies (AS), Procurement/Purchase Requests (PR), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Source Selection Plans (SSP), Justification and Approvals (J&A), Determination and Finding (D&F), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL).
Maintain and update project documents and track program priorities / active tasks.
Support Program Managers with answering data calls by coordinating with stakeholders. This includes managing communication and preparing/reviewing documents for accuracy.
Support the scheduling of Unclassified and Classified meetings.
Participate in meetings, take minutes, and track/follow up on action items.
Prepare briefs for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Maintain the Navigation PM’s calendar, including appointments, travel plans, meetings, and conferences.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Secret Clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
MA or MS degree
Experience with contracts and acquisition management for ACAT and non-ACAT programs
Agile Scrum experience
Completion of acquisition training, education, or certifications, including Defense Acquisition University, DAWIA Certification, or membership in the Acquisition Corps.
DAWIA Level I Certification in Program Management.
