CACI is looking for a cleared entry level Help Desk Support professional . The ideal candidate will have an eager with a go-getter personality to take charge and provide the in between for users of the system to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Help Desk Support professional, you will be the bridge to support Mission customersin their day to day use of the operational system. You will have the opportunity to learn how the system operates and understand how customers utilize the products. This is a opportunity to support the DoD Warfighter!
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will communicates promptly on progress while also able to alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. The candidate will provide statistics for the weekly Service Desk report on call trends. An active TS/SCI with poly is required.
Prior experience with key management, EKMS, Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), or cryptography.
Prior military experience.
Prior help desk experience is not necessary but experience working in a customer facing role/organization is highly desired.
Experience as COMSEC Manager/User, system administrator, and/or EKMS/KMI user highly desirable.
