CACI seeks an experienced and skilled Senior Writer and Editor to join our Corporate Communications functional area. In this position, you will write and edit engaging narratives that inform, connect, and inspire employees about our business and company culture. You will build a consistent brand voice across multiple internal platforms while focusing on individual campaign themes that resonate with internal audiences.

What You’ll Get to Do:
Develop and write high-quality, creative, internal communications that educate and engage employees. Communications include corporate email, C-suite messaging, employee communications for mergers and acquisitions, speeches, webcasts, multi-media production scripts, and special company internal publications
Develop and write communications for company intranet and manage the site
Interweave message mapping through all communications
Partner with company functional areas to write and edit messaging including HR, IT, Legal, and Security employee communications
Have final review and edit responsibility for the text of all internal communications, accountable for accuracy and quality control
Provide proofreading and editing for marketing and external communications, as needed
Collaborate and partner with Corporate Communications’ writers, production artists, and web developers
Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines to meet tight deadlines
Provide guidance, share expertise, and tutor junior writers
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires superior knowledge of job area. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
7+ years’ professional experience in the writing and editing for Corporate Communications or related field (writing samples required)
Ability to do message mapping.
Superior writing, editing, and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated experience in creating communications for web applications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with peers and all levels of management
High-level organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently as a self-starter
Expertise in working MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and MS Office
Experience working in Government Contractor environment a plus
