What You'll Get To Do:

The ODIN contract is looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and relentlessly organized individual to perform the role of Deputy Product/Program Manager. ODIN (Operations, Development, Integration, for NGA) is a new initiative that replaces the work formerly being done on the GEOINT Services portion of the FADE contract.  The DPM will provide both program-level support and leadership to the entire organization.  Specific duties will include:
Creating and presenting program artifacts to both the leadership team and government customers.  Program artifacts include: numerous types of schedules, projections as-well-as progress and financial reports. The DPM must also be proficient in agile software development and backlog management with a backlog management tools such as Jira. The DPM must have the ability to effectively prioritize a product's future development through a roadmap that considers the products metrics and Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs). Beyond Program Mechanics, the DPM will be required to tackle personnel management tasks as-well-as less tangible leadership duties.

ODIN covers a few key pieces of technical scope within the NGA including: NGA Outpost (R&D), TradeCraft (Tool for Supporting Analysts), GEOINT Services (Geospatial Analyst Tools and supporting Infrastructure), as-well-as critical SRE / O&S services.  The ODIN PDM should feel comfortable strategically guiding each of these teams. 

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

◦ Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics. Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
◦ Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years related work experience.
