What You’ll Get to Do:
The Program Manager will report to and support the Division Manager to oversee, manage, and coordinate all aspects of Business Operations and Technical Project Management for a large-scale Enterprise IT program. Candidate will support business development and capture of multi-million dollar opportunities, and also be capable of leading programs that are successfully procured. Duties include providing assistance across the team of Operations and IT Leads, developing procedural governance, collaborating with internal Service Delivery Managers, staffing and resource planning, and developing short-term and long-term strategy for the overall success of the program. The successful candidate should have both IT Operations and Business Development expertise, to include implementing business process initiatives that improve operational, contractual, and financial performance, and driving organic and new business growth.

Business development and capture opportunity leadership, including creation of win strategy
Strategic program initiatives and leadership of strategic work groups
Program Management leadership of large dollar value Enterprise IT programs
Program Control experience, including financial review and forecasting, budget strategy, and financial performance accountability
Provides subject matter guidance and mentorship to the teams handling IT operations, quality assurance, continual service improvement, resource management and program control support
Can act as technical or business program lead in the absence of other key program resources
Direct Reports: Directly manage and mentor a cross-functional team of managers, across multiple program work streams
Hiring, firing, promotion and reward recommendations
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years related work experience
Active PMP certification
Experience in a federal program management environment preferably in an Enterprise IT space
Experience leading multi-million dollar business development and capture opportunities
Experience in both procurement and leadership of large dollar value Enterprise IT programs
Management experience of multiple manager-level direct reports, including personnel hiring/firing decision-making
Experience managing a PMO or Business Management office for an IT professional services contract
Clear communication, ability to be agile and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment
Driven, can do attitude and enjoys a collaborative working environment
Experience managing to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Award Fee Criteria, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other performance metrics.
Experience managing a large enterprise contract to corporate annual financial commitments
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience leading a program within the IC
Expert SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft Office skills
