CACI is seeking a Program/Financial Analyst to support our Program Executive Office (PEO) Aircraft Carriers (PMS 378/379) program located in Washington DC. This position will directly support the Integrated Warfare System (IWS) 10 teams.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide overarching support to PEO IWS as it integrates with PMS 378 and PMS 379 Program Offices, and IWS Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMS) to ensure commonality among offices.
Provide configuration management on all work packages and action items.
Work with the Program Offices and all stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes to projects, such as but not limited to, technical requirements, financial impacts, business requirements and schedule.
Provide basic financial analyst support as it relates to managing 7300s and responding to data calls and updating GFE/GFI Enhancement Management System (GEMS).
Assist in tracking program costs, schedules, and quality of effort by overseeing project deliverables. Ensures schedule and budget are achievable and met.
Maintain IWS 10 risks in the NSERC Risk Exchange Plus.
Gains concurrence, approval, and consensus from primary stakeholder(s) & PARMSs regarding the various project aspects, adjusts accordingly.
Obtains and provides project metrics as required.
Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) by coordinating ILS products from PARMS and PMS 378/379
More About the Role:
Providing comprehensive program management support for a variety of activities related to the acquisition, modernization, and life cycle support of Aircraft Carriers and their embedded systems.
Developing, validating, and maintaining schedules, in Microsoft Project format, for Aircraft Carrier Program Management activities and major acquisition event planning.
Providing managers with metrics appropriate for determining progress and schedule adherence, and recommendations concerning major schedule revisions and execute revisions as necessary.
Providing administrative support drafting documentation and briefing material as needed to support milestone decisions, program reviews, forums, congressional inquiries, and related events.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Financial or Technical Field is preferred.
5+ years of professional, applicable experience
Ability to interface with team members and technical leads.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Master’s Degree in Financial or Technical field
Aircraft Carrier experience
NAVSEA and/or PEO Aircraft Carriers experience
Business Financial Management experience
