What You’ll Get to Do: As the Director of Finance for a CACI Division you will be aligned with a $250M+ line of business and serving as the single point of contact for the finance functions. You will be the financial business partner to the Division Vice President, and responsible for leading a group of Program Financial Analysts (PFAs) and the financial operations for the Division.
More About the Role:
Provide direct business and financial support to the Division Vice President, serving as his key financial resource in developing and executing the business strategy and operations.
Work with the Program Managers, Line leaders, Finance leaders and finance staff to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, annual forecasts.
Ensure the development of EACs according to good business practices and CACI policy and procedures.
Prepare and guide insightful business and financial analysis that assesses business drivers and is used to make informed business decisions. Compile, analyze, interpret and report financial data.
Adept in identifying financial risks and opportunities and formulating associated action plans.
Work with the Operating Group leaders to ensure integrity of program data (i.e., overhead pools, CACI vs Client site, market, solution segment, etc.).
Prepare financial models to support business planning exercises.
Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar field
10+ Experience in a finance function with a government contractor where responsibilities included program financial management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling
Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and effectively handle and complete multiple tasks
Experience with various IT financial systems, advanced Excel skills
Experience in leading the finance function for $250M+ businesses, and driving growth
Understanding of manufacturing practices
Knowledge of CostPoint and Hyperion
