Job Description

As the Site Manager, you will keep both Customer and CACI management abreast of issues, risks and accomplishments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Contractor personnel work collaboratively and professionally with the Customer and personnel from other contracts.  You will ensure all contractor staff are effectively managed and all functions specified in the statement of work are successfully executed.  You will direct operations and integration activities at your location to synchronize Contractor efforts across technical requirements and does so in coordination with other site managers on the Program. PM will participate in team development and O&M processes.

More About the Role:

  • Responsible for leading large projects or leading significant segments within larger complex projects within the program.
  • Responsible for leading the project teams, coordinating across the overall program, sprint planning, scope, risk and schedule management and troubleshooting.
  • Involves analyzing new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
  • Must have demonstrated experience performing a full range of program and project management activities, including oral and written communications and formal programmatic documentation.
  • Must have experience gathering customer requirements and holding technical exchange meetings.
  • Must have the ability to disseminate and track meeting notes with action items including assignment and due dates.
  • Have experience providing status reporting on all activities and conduct clear and concise stakeholder briefings
  • Responsible for managing personnel staffed on the contract

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must have a TS/SCI w/ poly
  • BA/BS in technical field and/or 10+ years of related experience
  • Technical experience with NRO Enterprise operations and system integration, dependencies, and data flow
  • Technical experience with orbital mechanics and/or collision avoidance, satellite analysis
  • Technical experience with laser and optical engineering and analysis
  • Technical experience with RF engineering and analysis
  • Technical experience with satellite operations analysis, program protection, and information management, and/or relevant similar experience
  • Technical experience with intelligence analysis in support of space or counter space operations
  • Two (2) years of manager experience with programs/projects of similar scope, size, and complexity
  • Two (2) years of management experience supporting and operating 24/7 operational environments
  • Seven (7) years of experience with NRO
  • Associated experience with other DOD and IC organizations
  • Relevant experience in operating associated tools

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience serving as a primary point of contact to a government client is desired
  • Previous experience as a PM within the IC is desired
  • PMP Certification is desired
