What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has a technical internship opportunity for any currently enrolled high schoolers OR full-time Undergraduate, Graduate, or Doctorate students, supporting the Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC). This is a large Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation providing U.S. Marines with rapid and flexible logistics capabilities.
More About the Role:
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in an Agile development team building reports, interfaces, customizations, enhancements, personalization, and workflow solutions. Candidates will work with more senior developers and admins to develop, design, configure, test, and document solutions based on product owner requirements and refined user stories. Specifically, candidates will have the opportunity to:
Learn and contribute to various development and administration activities on contract including, but not limited to, script development in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, YAML, and much more
Learn and contribute to the development of DevSecOps pipelines in a cloud, or on-prem, development environment
Participate in the design & development of any cyber/authentication/CAC related extensions gaining experience in Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Director (OID), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), Web technology including HTML5, Java Script, JQuery, Node etc.
Participate in the design & development of RICE-W in most of the oracle modules, including but not limited to, iProcurement, PO, INV, OM, BOM, AP, AR, PO, GL, & FND
Support technical activities and follow agile processes in compliance with CACI’s Agile framework
Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different RICECPW components
Review Change Requests and provide assistance in gathering requirements
Tune and optimize packages, stored procedures, PL SQL, and application in an Oracle 12c RDBMS environment
Provide technical support during the release testing phases
Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
The desired candidate will bring self-paced or classroom-based Information Technology (IT) development, administration, or cyber security experience; along with a passion for learning and desire to implement cutting edge development and deployment technologies.
Must currently be enrolled in High School OR a full-time Undergraduate, Graduate, or Doctorate student
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance (if applicable to position
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
If Undergraduate or Graduate, pursing a degree in Computer Science/IT/IA or related field is
preferred, not required
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, not required
Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
