Duties & Responsibilities We have a firm opening for the Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) Senior Information Systems Analyst (SISA) under the FAST Logistics Training Service (LTS) contract to support Navy clients at COMNAVAIRPAC (CNAP) N412, NASNI, CA. The candidate will perform duties associated with CNAP N412 Automated Data Processing (ADP) shop such as NTCSS server farm operation, NEDC liaison, DLR RECON ADP support, and NTCSS Hardware and Software Suite (RSupply, NALCOMIS) troubleshooting for TYCOM and CNAP Aircraft Carriers (CVNs) Supply Departments. Position requires up to 10% travel away from NASNI office. Required Qualifications: -Requires a Bachelor‘s degree in management information systems, business, computer science, mathematics, or related quantitative science field. As a substitute, eight years of -œhands-on- experience in a combination of Navy computer programming, design, and/or analysis may be utilized. Training related to the -œdegree substitute- provided at Navy schools is considered -œhands on- experience. - In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the NTCSS SISA must have seven years (8 is preferred) of experience in Navy Automated Supply Management computer analysis, supply functional analysis, networks and programming; plus two additional years as a senior-level analyst working under a formal quality management system. - Must have U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier (CVN) or L-Deck NTCSS Hardware and Automated Information System (AIS) support and troubleshooting experience. - Current DOD Secret Clearance Desired Qualifications: - Typically requires a Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related work experience - COMPTIA Security+ Certification. If not, must be able to attain within six months of hire. - MicroSoft Excel/Access expertise.
