Join CACI as a Business Systems Analyst supporting financial applications that help our customers plan and budget the resources they need to support our country. We have been supporting our customers for almost 20 years and have grown from a small team of 5 people supporting one application to a team of over 30 people supporting 5 applications across 6 different customers. We develop exciting and complex functionality to support the evolving needs of our customers while expanding the reach of our applications into new customers and processes.   We are looking for a self-starter with the desire to be a critical member of our growing functional team in an Agile Scrum environment designing creative new solutions for our customers. Under general supervision, you will work closely with clients to gather application requirements and create designs to meet these requirements, while providing on-site client support during the budget cycles to build close client relationships and ensure our clients feel taken care of. You will also perform critical system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly and meets the clients' needs.    As an outstanding business systems analyst you will:   Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research, combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Work with clients to gather system requirements and produce detailed requirement and functional specification documents to solve moderately complex problems within our financial applications.  Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are fully understood, collaborate on application designs, and provide assistance with overcoming obstacles faced during development.  Conduct system testing at the development site and at the client site to validate requirements.  Train end users and provide on-site (Arlington locations) and remote user support during budget cycles (approximately 8-12 weeks a year). Continuously analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and identify solutions to new and emerging business processes. Experience gathering and producing requirements documentation. Great organization and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with the software development life cycle. Experience working with software application users. A desire to take initiative and a team-oriented approach to ensure success for the team and customer. Comfort working in an Agile Scrum environment. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   Experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Comfort level with SQL. Experience troubleshooting application data discrepancies and other system-related issues. Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
