Job Description

 As a Senior Service Specialist, you will support a Windows/NT/Unix environment.   RESPONSIBILTIES: -   Perform basic analytical activities related to the definition, development , implementation, maintenance and support of laptops/desktops and client supported applications.   - Interface with end users to handle tasks such as researching and determining solutions to questions concerning system function, usage and modifications to existing programs.       -  Utilize your extensive knowledge of operating systems, hardware platforms and software packages.                                                                                                                                                                                             EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. - Must have ability to lift and move hardware as necessary   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
