Lead a team of EVMS and Integrated Schedule professionals, and provide financial consultation to the Program Manager. Coordinate, negotiate and resolve contractual compliance issues with the Government to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements. Interface with the Government regarding requests for program data and resolving reporting and compliance issues.  Additionally, manage the monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual costs, schedule objectives, and technical milestones are met. Effectively participate in planning meetings and communicate issues to program leadership. Support PMO program planning, metrics gathering and analysis, and fulfill the role of the Program Manager during PM absences. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.     Required: - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Project) - Detail oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator - Experience with the software development engineering process  - Experience with Finance, Project Controls, Earned Value Management, Project Management, planning and scheduling techniques, and cost control experience - Ability to support the development and maintenance of the performance measurement baseline or integrated master schedule - Communicate clearly with a wide variety of technical professionals, PM leadership, corporate leadership, and Government leadership. - Experience working in a multi-discipline, subcontractor, multiple subcontractor environment - Ability to work in a dynamic team environment - Excellent oral and written communication - Knowledge of USG customer processes, policies and guidance.    Desired: - Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Technical Management, or Business Administration) - 7-15 years of experience (management, leadership, technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development and/or government project administration) - PMP certification - Experience conducting and supporting integrated baseline reviews   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
