Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide systems engineering support across multiple phases of the systems engineering lifecycle to include technical planning, CONOP development, requirement analysis, system design, scheduling, system integration, verification and validation testing, training, cost and risk assessment. - Provide end-to-end systems engineering support across multiple development and test teams - Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other technical personnel - Leverage appropriate requirements and configuration management tools/capabilities (e.g. Confluence, Subversion, etc.); develop effective requirements and configuration management processes for rapid development environments. Required Qualifications: - Must be US Citizen clearable to TS/SCI and the ability to obtained and maintain the required polygraph if the customer requires. - Previous experience establishing systems engineering work flow processes in organizations with limited systems engineering exposure (e.g. start ups, new projects, etc.) - Quick to adapt systems engineering requirements, configuration management, and documentation processes to multiple dynamic scenarios whether five day quick turn project deliveries to seven to nine month project deliveries - Strong communication skills, analytical/problem solving ability, time management and organizational skills Desired Qualifications: - Experience performing requirements and user needs analysis; works well in a fast-paced agile development environment - Troubleshooting on multiple OS - Knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) cyberspace operations processes, policies and guidance - Knowledge of work flow, testing, and requirements / configuration management processes and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree and seven to nine years of related experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
