POSITION SUMMARY: Receive, review, and distribute all tasks and RFIs to the appropriate personnel; compile and draft responses for tasks; liaise between branch and above Leadership; maintain and update a Task Tracking Tool; prepare and maintain accountability for training materials; develop reports and analyses; format and maintain client documents, correspondence, and briefing material; track performance metrics; and provide various support to the client Branch Chief, Deputy Branch Chief, and Section Chiefs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Format, generate, and coordinate responses to requests for information (RFIs) from internal and external stakeholders. Analyze, maintain, and report data collected from client field assessments, activities, and engagements. Provide analyses related to branch, and other national, program performance, to include the development, tracking, and analysis of program performance metrics. Prepare documentation, correspondence, briefing materials, and other related documentation to include organizational tasks and programmatic documents in support of the normal day-to-day operations of the client. Update the client Program Management Plans and other strategic and programmatic documents. Receive, review, and distribute tasks and RFIs to the appropriate personnel. To include: determining/preparing the appropriate response and reviewing all items prior to submission to the Government; acting as a liaison between branch, division, office, and directorate personnel; and, maintaining and updating the branch task tracking tool. Manages multiple high-priority tasks that have competing deadlines. Develop templates, standard operating procedures, and workflows for use by all contract & client personnel. Use Microsoft SharePoint as a document repository platform, task tracking tool, and possibly provide minimal support to the site. Work on integrated teams with a mixture of Government and other contract employees as a contributor to common, shared products. Assist in researching unclassified and classified databases for use in written products and data calls. Conduct research and analyses of customer needs and requirements. Perform special projects as assigned. Potential ability for short term travel within the US EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client. Must maintain active/current SECRET clearance. Must be able to obtain/maintain DHS Suitability/Fitness. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong analytical and technical skills to assist in implementing business solutions. Strong organization, task management, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
