This positions will support a high visibility program that requires constant management of ongoing execution and quick response to data calls. Candidates should be prepared to manipulate data set to produce multiple results based on customer or management inputs. This position will interface with CACI Director and VP level management and customer interface. Must be able to communicate in non- technical terms the inputs and outputs of data analysis, providing confidence in results to audience. Must have business acumen and understand that business decision impacts derived from analysis results. POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Analyst will serve as a senior analyst on a range of complex program activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment of complex management processes, systems and mission support programs. RESPONSIBILTIES: Develops Database and assesses future trends. Develops and executes programmatic budgets and financial plans or assigned programs. Provides analysis and general business expertise to various assigned projects/programs. Supports programs strategic decision making with data analytics. Raises issues and concerns as required. Prepares special reports and studies for management and alerts them to significant variances to plan. Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements and conducts program plan studies. Coordinates inter-departmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required. Prepares briefings, documentation and reports for business case reports by project. Produces tables and charts that correctly reflect analysis for presentation. Develops thorough and clear presentation materials to illustrate strategy. Organizes templates and data in a clear and intuitive manner. Links requests to specific assigned project programmatic strategies. Maintains and improves tools for accurate analysis of projections. Creates models to support business planning exercises. Identifies operating risks associated with the business plan. Provides project summary status reports to management as required or requested. Conducts and may lead data integrity audits. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Secret clearance must be obtainable. Experienced in preparation and data analysis. Experience in Finance, Business, or Project Management. Highly Organized. Attentive to details Initiative taker. Excellent Interpersonal skills. Seeks improvement. Experience as a Program Analyst, Program Control/Budget Analyst. Experience with trending quantitative data, composing -œwhat if- scenarios. Strong Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access. Experience developing or providing input to streamlined financial reporting that uses common data fields. A plus if candidate has Microsoft SharePoint Dashboard experience EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related (project support or management) experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
