CACI is looking for full-time Requirements Manager to join our dynamic team in providing a wide range of support to our government customer.     Our contracts offer a diverse selection of labor categories, job types, and locations within the Washington metropolitan area with competitive benefits, salaries and internal growth opportunities (e.g., career advancement opportunities, professional training, and tuition reimbursement.)     For additional information regarding CACI‘s outstanding benefits and career developing tools, please visit   A Day In the Life: As a Requirements Manager, a typical day might include the following: Responsible for providing requirements management support to three staff augmentation contracts providing financial, administrative, and logistical support to an Intelligence Community customer.     Duties include but are not limited to:   -Monitor the customer‘s requirements system and serve as a liaison with the program‘s account managers to capture and coordinate all relevant information related to staffing requirements, candidate meet and greets, and candidate deployments.    -Monitor and update RTS system and manage all data uploads.   -Extract and distribute unclassified versions of staffing requirements to appropriate internal and subcontract team personnel.     -Review formatted resumes to ensure proper formatting has been utilized, obtain necessary approvals and submit as part of a resource package in into customer‘s requirements system.    -Coordinate meet and greets with Recruiting and Internal Staff directly. Distribute meet and greet information to Staffing Team for Sub coordination.   -Process visitor requests for candidates and CACI personnel as requested.   -Initiate and support employee (CACI and subcontract) onboarding process for the administrative contract completing defined checklists.   -Submit and coordinate CACI personnel actions related to staffing changes for the administrative contract.   -Obtain and maintain required new employee documentation for the administrative contract.    -Work with customers to determine whether specific requirements are needed for new personnel (i.e. submitting EARRS requests, confirming special briefings).   -Consolidate, track, and submit new employee documentation to the client for all three contracts.    -Track and provide staffing metrics in support of weekly and monthly reports when necessary.    -Maintain various security reports.   -Review QPMR slides and serve as a first level reviewer when validating data.   -Prepare a weekly report outlining completed and pending tasks if requested.    -Provide ad hoc administrative and/or back up support as required to the Support Team and the management of the three contracts.     Must Haves: - TS/SCI with Polygraph - Strong communication skills (listening , oral, and written) - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision - Must be Proactive - Typically requires a Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience     Nice to Haves: - Experience with Microsoft Office software - Staffing experience
