1. Process data for loading to document review platform using eLaw software tools (e.g., Early Data Analyzer, LAW PreDiscovery) as appropriate 2. Review and evaluate data for compliance with CFTC Data Delivery Standards 3. Update CFTC eDiscovery workflow tracking system (Tracking System) with production status, beginning with notice to requestor of estimated completion date 4. Design, create, maintain, and administer Relativity, LAW, Concordance, CaseSoft Suite, Access, and Nexidia databases as appropriate 5. Modify data and load into Concordance, Relativity and Nexidia databases 6. Perform quality control of data 7. Create outgoing productions from Relativity, Concordance and Nexidia 8. Develop and document procedures, including database design 9. Maintain the Access/SQL-based Tracking System 10. Monitor eLaw software performance and data integrity 11. Consult on new eLaw requirements and adapt eLaw systems to meet additional requirements 12. Support upgrades and enhancements and implement future eLaw software acquisitions Assists in the design and definition of basic databases, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation and statistical methods. Develops expertise in use of automated tools for database design and implementation. Assists in the design and maintenance of logical and physical data models (relational & dimensional), data dictionary and database volumetrics. Works to define basic file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for specific user applications. Maintains database dictionaries, monitors standards and procedures and integration of systems through database design with close supervision. Maintains accurate and up-todate knowledge of database information and requirements for maximizing database potential. Helps to provide assistance to various clients as required for database design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Maintains standards and documentation. Assists senior database analyst staff in the identification and resolution of production and/or applications. Assists in analysis and design activities associated with the development and maintenance of the database. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
