POSITION SUMMARY: Defines and develops test standards for the testing of information technology products, equipment or systems in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Reviews and evaluates complex test specifications, test results, test trends and implements corrective action as needed. Interfaces with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve problems that cause test failures. Provides work leadership to lower level employees. RESPONSIBILTIES: Develops systems, standards and computer programs for data acquisition to be used in testing new products and as part of the quality control system within the manufacturing process. Prepares proposals for testing programs, outlines specific testing conditions, and develops operating procedures. Reviews and evaluates complex test specifications, test results, test trends and implements corrective action as needed. Prepares detailed technical reports of findings and makes recommendations for needed modifications to correct problems. Coordinates and oversees actual tests and analyzes validity of results. Reviews customer requirements and specifications to ensure that tests will confirm that these are satisfied. Interfaces with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve problems that cause test failures. Studies information from suppliers regarding materials and components to be utilized. Develops proposal inputs and presents them to department and program personnel. Generates reports and reviews documents generated by junior engineers. Provides management with feedback on test trends, returns and vendor performance. CACI is seeking a dynamic individual to provide expertise as a Software Test Lead to lead a team of test engineers in the implementation of automated testing technologies/techniques. Will lead efforts to automate manual test cases, analyzing the application under test, creating object repositories, creating functions and function libraries, creating checkpoints, parameterizing tests, running automated tests and analyzing results. Responsible for providing management of test cases, user administration, requirements management (importing, linkage to test cases, test coverage), planning tests (test steps, parameters, configurations, automation), running tests (test sets, manual execution, automation), recording and tracking defects, metrics reporting (requirements test coverage, pass/fail percentages, total number of tests, percentage of tests executed). Will be responsible for the creation of test summary reports, system test plans, requirements trace matrix and weekly and monthly team status reports. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. Two (2) years of experience utilizing automated test tools such as Selenium and JMeter Must hold an NACLC/T3 ( National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check) or higher Desired skills and experience: Bachelor of Science (B.S) in computer Science or Information Systems Experience utilizing HP Quality Center Experience utilizing Serena Business Manager Cybersecurity certification in Security+CE or equivalent (ability to meet DoD 8570 requirements for IAT I designation) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
