POSITION SUMMARY: CACI has an immediate opening for an Aviation Maintenance Systems Analyst in support of the NTCSS Advance Planning Group (NTCSS APG). The Aviation Maintenance Systems Analyst will be responsible to assist the Aviation Maintenance Section Lead and Installation Project Engineers in support of the planning and execution of NALCOMIS installation projects throughout the fleet. The Aviation Maintenance Systems Analyst will also be responsible for facilitating communications between customers, SME and technical staff RESPONSIBILTIES: Support the Installation Design process through the planning and conducting of site surveys and in briefs for OOMA and NTCSS shore installations, and afloat on an as-needed basis. Plan for and participate in the assessment of the material and operational condition of existing or new sites and report readiness for initial installation or upgrade to leadership and relevant stakeholders. Required Qualifications: 7 plus years of demonstrated understanding of installation/upgrade processes or ability to learn the documentation associated to SPAWARINST 4720.1A with specific knowledge of USN and USMC aviation maintenance concepts and support systems. 7 plus years of demonstrated experience in understanding how Naval Aviation Maintenance Program policy regarding OOMA and NTCSS, is employed in the organization and interaction of the fleet (squadrons, Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC) and Marine Aviation Logistics Squadrons (MALS). 7 plus years' operating and/or administrating, and/or supervisory and/or leadership experience Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) systems at aviation squadrons, FRCs or MALS. Ability to write (Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required) and speak well, proof read, and participate in site visits and presentations to squadrons, Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC) and Marine Aviation Logistics Squadrons (MALS) senior leadership. Knowledge and understanding of characteristics of the Navy and/or Marine Corps networks with an emphasis on server and workstation software distribution processes. Must be willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced team environment. Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required Preferred Demonstrated knowledge of Naval and Marine Aviation Maintenance organizations as described by the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and at least seven years of related work experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
