POSITION SUMMARY: CACI has an immediate opening for a Program Analyst to support the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) 10 office at our Washington, DC (Navy Yard) location. PEO IWS 10 leads a professional and experienced organization that delivers the Ship Self-Defense Integrated Combat System (SSDS ICS) capability to U.S. Navy aircraft carrier and amphibious assault warships.    RESPONSIBILTIES: Performs a variety of complex analytical tasks in support of one or more contract programs. Develops plans and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s). Coordinates and participates in IPT meetings, contributing functional or technical expertise, and/or providing administrative support to any of the government program office leads or managers Conducts research and develops information to understand US Navy shipboard weapons, sensors, interoperability, and other systems and structures to include financial, technical and/or engineering data. Performs technical system analysis of very complex weapons and sensor systems, and acquisition-related engineering and technical management functions; such as systems engineering, hardware/software engineering, standardization, modeling and simulation, and test and evaluation. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts. May review the work of others and be able to detect errors or needed modifications   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current DoD Secret clearance. Requires bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related (project support or management) experience Prior experience with DoD acquisition and contract management practices Experience in supporting a project group Excellent organizational skills in managing mini-projects and facilitating meetings, i.e., logistics (equipment and facilities), preparation of meeting invitations and meeting agendas, capture and tracking of action items, and publication of meeting minutes Skilled with MS Office, in particular MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in managing and organizing MS SharePoint and data files, to include site organization/administration on a daily basis Ability to identify those tasks that need to be done and follow through to completion Availability for face-to-face meetings with the Navy client on a daily basis, particularly on short notice Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written           EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (project support or management) experience.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
