POSITION SUMMARY: The candidate will support the daily operations and maintenance the SharePoint 2013 farm. This position is responsible for system administration of Windows 2008R2 SharePoint servers. Candidate would additionally be responsible for technical mitigation and/or resolution of security findings associated with SharePoint. Additionally, the candidate optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning. Provides tier three server support for the customer. Required: - 7-10 years' experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Access and Excel - 2+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server - Security+ certification - Microsoft MCSE certification - Ability to deploy and administer MS Office SharePoint Server 2013 - Ability to assess and optimize SharePoint performance - Ability to deploy and configure share point sites including; creating and managing web applications and site collections, and enabling end user access - Ability to deploy and administer workflows - Excellent verbal communications skills and customer service experience Desired: - Ability to relate to non-technical users in a user friendly manner EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
