CACI is seeking a cleared Senior Software Engineer in our Sterling, VA OR Aurora, CO office. The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance, 7+ years of experience performing full life-cycle software development.

Be part of a team with the focus of the design, implementation, integration, testing and deployment of cloud based SIGINT processing applications, including collection, processing and distribution of SIGINT data within the IC community.

More About this Role:
  • Java Software Engineer

  • Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization

  • Provide test, integration, and deployment of the software baseline.

  • Must be familiar with development and configuration management practices.

  • Provide input to design and interface definitions. 

  • Work with engineering and management team to collectively meet program requirements. 

  • Collaborate with technical writers to create customer-relevant documentation.

  • Self-motivated individuals who can understand technical concepts, have excellent communication skills, and are able and willing to collaborate on technical items with the larger team.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience with full life-cycle software development (analysis, design, development, test, deployment, maintenance)
  • Current TS/SCI with CI poly
  • Experience with Java, Spring
  • Experience with full stack development
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Experience with agile and/or DevOps processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Expertise with software configuration management processes and tools (e.g., GIT, Maven)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with core AWS services (e.g., Lambda)

  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. AngularJS, Vue, JavaScript, JQuery)

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems

  • Security+ or CISSP and AWS certified

  • Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.

  • Experience with building or maintaining cloud-native applications.

  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance
