Job Description

What You'll Get to Do:

Oversee a team of data loaders to ensure productions are completed accurately and on-time on a daily basis.

More About the Role:

Monitor real-time work load balance of loaders to maintain even distribution of assignments. Develop short- and long-term planning on personnel, training, and operational issues in collaboration with Project Manager. Create and regularly update a repository of Standard Operating Procedure manuals regarding loading policies, step-by-step how-to instruction, and troubleshooting common problems. Perform same troubleshooting duties as Data Loading Specialist as well as EDD, bates capturing, image overlays, OCR, CSV normalization and merges through Recommind and Concordance. Monitor high priority requests and exceptions to normal workflow. Review and validate the integrity and correctness of delimited data. Provide oversight and training to staff, including remedial training when required. Carry out personnel administrative tasks such as staff quarterly goals and verifying employee timesheets. Domain knowledge of litigation support, electronic document discovery processing and forms of production. Communicate with client and other CACI groups on-site on a daily basis to inform, discuss and offer solutions regarding problematic productions. Requires frequent contact with Government COR, case managers, attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other CACI groups.

You'll Bring these Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship and an NACI is required to begin employment
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • At least seven years of professional experience with five years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects, including at least one year of supervisory experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously.  Requires in-depth knowledge of litigation support, excellent writing skills and excellent oral communication skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Hands on experience working with SQL / Queries is preferred.
  • Experience working with regular expressions and data manipulation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, and internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Recommind, Concordance, Relativity, LAW, iConect etc.  Perl / VB Scripting experience or some programming background is a preferred.
