Job Description

CACI is seeking a motivated Technical Lead/Technical Project Manager with agile methodology experience to lead a team of developers, in support of the development of portfolio applications.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI w/FSP is required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT related field 8 years of related experience; or a Masters with 6 years of experience an Associates with 10 years of experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in leading the design, development, and DevSecOps implementation of new software products or major enhancements to existing software in an agile environment
  • Experience as a Technical Lead/Technical Project Manager in support of an Agile development environment
  • Experience leading Agile teams for a software portfolio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required[
  • Experience refactoring legacy code and/or applications in a cloud native environment. Experience developing new cloud applications according to 12 cloud factors.
  • Experience with Entity Correlation Systems
  • Promoting and completing advanced architectures to include container services, data engineering and data analytics/machine learning
  • Successful track record in providing technical leadership in delivering architecture, engineering, and operation services.
  • Demonstrated experience creating secure applications systems utilizing IC security guidelines and utilizing Customer Authentication and Authorization systems.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, and maintaining the Information Technology Infrastructure hosted in the C2S environment. Knowledgeable about automated pipeline and testing; Can drive continuing automation initiatives.
  • Experience accrediting IT systems under the ICD 503 processes. 
  • Ability to create original documentation, to include Architectural and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Ability to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with security applications.  Leading continuing software integrations with full-lifecycle support of development to decommission.
  • Experience with large COTS electronic health record software with integration of custom and COTS software portfolio.  Cognizant of eHR functions and industry standard interfaces.
  • Experience with Big Data Analytics, AI and ML
  • AWS Developer Certification and/or AWS DevOps Certification
  • Experience with Lotus Notes
  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular and/or Python
  • Communication/Visual Media Skills
  • Experience incorporating Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Professional Scrum certification(s)
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of server-less computing concepts
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • DoD 8570 Certification
