Team CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Network Deployment Specialist supporting a DHS customer’s wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN) and campus-area (CAN) networks across multiple security domains. What You'll Get to Do:
The candidate will provide support for engineering, implementation, operations, configurations, and troubleshooting a Cisco unified communications Video Teleconference platform. The platform will consist of Cisco TMS, CMS, Expressway, Call Manager, and WebEx. Ensure interoperability with the existing Polycom Video Teleconference System (VTC). Integrate with the VBrick video streaming system. This includes remote support to USCIS offices within the region and on-site support for special projects such as installations or large Moves, Add or Changes.

You will be part of the fast paced, and challenging Unified Communications (UC) team that consists of Video Teleconference (VTC), Video Streaming, Webinar, and Digital Signage. If you like to learn of new technologies, and love to take on challenges, this position is for you.
Manage extensive evaluations of major information security networks; prepare evaluation reports; and present recommendations.
Conduct trade off analyses of products for clients to determine optimal informant security solutions.
Provide consulting services on a wide variety of information assurance topics.
Prepare remedial options and supervise correction of information security shortfalls.
Work independently in expert role at customer site.
Coordinate support with USCIS awarded managed service providers, appropriate Field Support personnel, vendors, telco service providers and other contractor personnel and USCIS stakeholder organizations.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust.
An active DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment
Understanding of VoIP and VTC related protocols & technologies (TCP/IP, UDP, PRI, SIP, H.323, codecs, etc.).
Experience with media/VTC/UC vendors and technologies such as Polycom, Cisco, VBrick, Crestron, Connected Sign, Dante.
Experience with Avaya Communication Manager and Cisco Unified Communication Manager - with the ability to configure endpoints and perform break/fix troubleshooting.
Basic network understanding and skills to be able to troubleshoot network related issues and work with network operation teams.
Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
Ability to use MS Office and PCs.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Bachelors Degree and/or 5-15 years of related work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Relevant DHS experience
CompTIA Network+ Certification or Cisco CCNA
