We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of AFRICOM, EUCOM and CJTF-HOA’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

We are seeking for a Security Administrator for the Program Management Office (PMO) to organize and oversee security operations to maintain security standards.

As the Security Administrator, you will have to demonstrate excellent organization and compliance skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of security protocols.

The goal of the role is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors, property, and mission are safe and well-protected.

Responsible for ensuring contract compliance with government regulations and policies for the protection of classified information.  Scope of work includes personnel clearance processes, facility clearances, classified information systems, reporting associated with government industrial security requirements, responses to government compliance assessments, and relevant security training and awareness.

Provide additional support to a variety of security related services to contract personnel to include; coordinating indoctrinations, debriefings, and trainings.  Manage security databases and the confidentiality of employee personal information. 

More About the Role:

The successful candidate will manage a variety of physical security controls, including but not limited to, access control lists, security containers, combinations to X-90, X-10, and cypher locks. Perform regular inspections to ensure employees are following proper security protocols and compliance with EUCOM security standards.  Process badge access request and escort un-cleared visitors as required.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Train personnel on security processes
  • Assist in coordinating security operations
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Create reports for management on security status
  • Attend security training and meetings as required
  • Additional duties as required to support the Program Management Office

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years as either a Security Administrator,/Manager FSO or SSO
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to pass TESA
  • Must be willing to sign for equipment, as required
  • Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Proven experience as security manager or similar position
  • Experience in security reporting and emergency response planning
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Experience with JPAS, SPOT, SSO, ACTCS databases
  • Understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) military standards
