CACI is seeking fully cleared, dynamic technical professionals to join our ASPEN program in the northern Virginia area.  ASPEN is an IDIQ contract with multiple task orders supporting the intelligence community that focuses on innovation and improving the enterprise global infrastructure engineering service delivery.  The program is a portfolio of hundreds of projects funded by numerous customers providing support to the following areas: Enterprise Network Engineering, Enterprise Platform, Endpoint and Collaboration Engineering, IT Analytics, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Hosting and Data Center Services, Field Engineering, Operations & Maintenance, Special Projects, and more.  As a team, we architect, develop, engineer, maintain, and provide continuous sustainment of enterprise-level communications in support of the customer’s mission worldwide.  Be a part of something greater than yourself and make a lasting impact at CACI.

More About the Role:

CACI seeks a talented Cloud Architect Lead to join our Service Evolution Group within the Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector. The team delivers solutions that modernize and enable government Information Technology operations.

General Duties

  • Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems.

  • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities and workflows.

  • Incorporate engineering strategies for introducing new technology into the Sponsor’s infrastructure.

  • Develop future technology and architectural advancements to support architectural strategy, technology migration and integration and evolution.

  • Apply knowledge of enterprise IT needs to design improved processes and generate valid requirements.

  • Act as an advisor and proposes changes based on analysis of requirements and new technology.

  • Work with appropriate parties to resolve discrepancies between proposed IT system and enterprise quality standards.

  • Perform technical planning, verification and validation, and costing analyses for systems moving to the cloud.

  • Identify and determine process/procedural solutions to customer problems.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required

  • Experience leading migration of on-premises architectures and services to commercial cloud platforms.

  •  Deep technical understanding of AWS and Microsoft (Azure and Office365) platforms and the ability to produce technical solutions, answer/troubleshoot AWS issues, and produce cloud architectures based on customer requirements.

  • Sound knowledge of Sponsor’s technical landscape.

  • Great communication skills (both oral and written).

  • Ability to work on a dynamic team and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • AWS Certification (Architect, Developer, or SysOps) or ability to obtain within 6 months
