Job Description

CACI has an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Knowledge Management and Administrative Support Specialist to support the USAF Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). This position works at the customer on-site Tier 3 support location at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide information life-cycle management; including the creation, collection, access storage, retrieval and disposal of information originated and received by the NOSC.
  • Prepare, review, and edit technical reports, briefs, and other documents for accuracy, adequacy, and compliance with local standards.
  • Maintain an action-tracking database on all incoming and outgoing correspondence and/or suspense items in support of the NOSC staff.
  • Maintain SharePoint list and document libraries to ensure official records and working papers comply with USAFCENT, AF, USCENTCOM, and DoD records management and storage directives.
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain management oversight of software and technical manual libraries.
  • Create, maintain, and disposition official records IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), AFI 33-322, AFMAN 33-363, AFI 33-364 and applicable supplements.
  • Develop and maintain files maintenances disposition plans.
  • Assist with development, coordination, control, storage and dissemination of electronic and hard-copy publications and forms IAW Air Force standards.
  • Coordinate security/facility access for NOSC visitors; issue visitor access badges; and update automated entry control system database and access control lists.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance prior to starting)
  • Associates degree in related field and 3 or more years’ experience; OR 5 or more years’ of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum Professional Certifications

o   ITIL Foundations

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in DoD, Air Force, and local base environments
