This position will be in our Shared Service Center, where the individual will work under close supervision to prepare and administer subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments consistent with client requirements government regulations and procurement policies/procedures. Typically works on subcontract activities valued up to $150,000. May be assigned higher value tasks with oversight from more senior level staff.
More About This Role:
Administer subcontracts in accordance with CACI standards, plans and policies.
Participate in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations with outside sources.
Review client solicitations received by the company and assist the proposal team.
Solicit proposals and prepare negotiations on terms and conditions.
Perform price analysis and conduct negotiations on price and price related terms.
Responsible for keeping management informed of the deliverables and payment of invoices.
Candidate must have solid oral and written communication skills.
Daily interactions with the Program Team is required to disseminate information regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.
Helps to ensure that the subcontract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government relations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related (government subcontract administration) experience.
Costpoint and P2P system knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience in Costpoint and P2P systems is a plus.
