Job Description

CACI seeks a talented Field Service Representative to join our Advanced Solutions Group, within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector. This position maintains OCONUS Intelligence systems to provide FSR support for tactical fixed-site systems in Saudi Arabia with potential to travel to support systems in surrounding areas. Must have experience installing, repairing, troubleshooting electronic systems, as well as instructor experience to provide training to military customers.   

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Full-time residence in Saudi Arabia
  • Install, monitor and maintain system hardware/software at primary site and travel to local sites
  • Monitor system health and status on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with military customers to gain a full understanding of their operational needs and/or issue(s) to be resolved
  • Effectively manage time to respond to service calls in a timely fashion
  • Complete site surveys, system installations, troubleshooting procedures, and perform system operational checks
  • Provide training and practical, hands-on instruction to soldiers in operational environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they occur
  • Provide basic system administration
  • Fault Isolation/Resolution
  • Periodic Software upgrades
  • Coordinate with factory personnel
  • Keep Program Management informed of system status at all times
  • Manage Spare pool to ensure availability and accountability
  • Travel to sensor sites to perform periodic maintenance, incident troubleshooting and re-fresher training
  • Support customer course of action development for potential additional deployments of the system

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Security+ certification
  • Troubleshooting, HW maintenance and cable repair
  • Linux System Administration
  • Physically able to deploy and conduct the physical actions necessary to include lifting, racking and stacking equipment

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years of Military experience
  • Previous experience as a Field Support Representative
  • Experience maintaining VSAT comms equipment
  • SIGINT background
