More About the Role:
CACI seeks a talented Systems Administrator to join our Hosting Solutions Operating Group within the Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector. The team delivers solutions that modernize and enable government Information Technology operations.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Able to lift 40 lbs.
Active Directory experience
Knowledge of Group Policy and Active Directory
Able to Address DTO requests in a timely fashion
Support assess management tracking of inventory
Account authorization, creation, renames and user name changes, Account disablement, and Unlocking users accounts
Provides Close Support problem identification, diagnosis and resolution or escalates to Engineering.
Workstation builds, workstation connectivity and labeling
Onsite troubleshooting, customer problem investigation and technical assistance to computer system users.
Answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients via telephone or using tools to gain remote access into that Helpdesk is unable to resolve.
Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware, software, printers, installation, word-processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
Willing to travel (non-warzone) as needed in support of mission Experience as a Systems Administrator
Create request for support (ESMT/Service Now) for internal/external service providers
Delivery and troubleshooting PKI Certs
These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have
Working knowledge of SharePoint and Win10
Prior Crypto experience
Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Exchange email issues)
