Job Description

We are looking for several Business Intelligence Project Managers to be a part of an innovative and collaborative technology team to advance the Department of Defense (DoD)'s enterprise data analytics platform using modern technologies, cloud architectures, and development best practices.

The CACI Team is looking for a BI Project Manager to support a fast-paced, agile development team.  As a BI Project Manager you will collaboratively work with the Program Manager to oversee the overall management of the program. You will ensure all technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. Duties include resolving project related problems that may involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, financial management, and human resources.

More About the Role

  • Collaboratively work with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level TMs, Government management personnel and client agency representatives
  • Perform enterprise-wide integration and interface planning with other functional systems
  • Lead project team members to ensure the coordination of the team's efforts to deliver on time and satisfy customer requirements
  • Review/Approve/Maintain project documentation in support of the Customer
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships
  • Provide strategic guidance and collaboration to team members
  • Perform final assessment and quality control of contract deliverables
  • Lead projects to completion, identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments, Lead, direct and review the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.

  • Manage a team with a focus on policy, implementation of strategic initiatives and execution of day to day deliverables.

  • Establish or work to achieve, team objectives, operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the job function or completion of a project.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of relevant Project Management experience
  • Hands-on experience leading/managing Agile development projects
  • Strong knowledge of user interface design best practices, web development processes, information architecture, usability, requirements gathering, training, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Active Secret clearance

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • PMP certification
  • Security+ Certification
